Pound Cake Recipe

Cooking Tree is serving you a delectable recipe for Pound Cake, and we’ll show you how to prepare it from scratch.

I made a pound cake in the most basic way~
Flour, butter, egg, and sugar are all made in the same proportion, but it seems to be a heavy and thick pound cake~

I used a large mold and two small molds to bake together, but if you make only a small mold, I think you can make it using only 1/3 of the recipe amount~

After panning, squeeze a thin line of butter in the middle and bake it, the top looks like it will crack nicely~
After baking, cooling it at room temperature, sealing it with cling film, and fermenting it in the refrigerator for a day or so.
