Nutella Chocolate Cookies Recipe

I made Nutella Choco Cookies in which 3 kinds of cookies are rolled in a fun shape~

If you lay out the vanilla, Nutella, and chocolate cookie dough in a circle and roll it gently on the palm of your hand, a whirlwind pattern naturally appears, which is interesting and interesting~

The three cookie doughs must have the same viscosity to form a uniform shape.

I think the shape molding works well when the divided dough is not too cold and is slightly soft. The texture is slightly firm and crunchy, so I think it goes well with milk.

It does not spread too much while baking, but bakes as it is, so you can pan to the desired thickness and shape before baking.

Nutella Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients

  • 40g Unsalted butter
  • 35g Powdered sugar
  • 15g Egg
  • 2g Vanilla extract
  • 90g Cake flour
  • 45g Unsalted butter
  • 35g Powdered sugar
  • 15g Egg
  • 2g Vanilla extract
  • 75g Cake flour
  • 10g Cocoa powder
  • 40g Unsalted butter
  • 15g Powdered sugar
  • 25g Nutella
  • 15g Egg
  • 85g Cake flour

Instructions

  1. Soften unsalted butter, add sugar powder and mix, then add eggs and vanilla extract and mix.
  2. Sift the soft flour and mix until it comes together and wrap in plastic wrap. Make chocolate cookie dough in the same way.
  3. Soften unsalted butter, add sugar powder, mix, add Nutella and egg, mix, sift soft flour, mix, and wrap in plastic wrap.
  4. Rest the 3 types of dough in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  5. Divide the rested dough into small pieces and make a circle. Then, place 6 pieces of dough crosswise in order and attach the middle part.
  6. Put it on your hand and gently roll it in one direction to make a tornado shape. Put it on the oven pan and press lightly to shape it. Bake it in an oven preheated to 170 degrees for 15~17 minutes.
