I made a no-oven orange cheesecake that looks like it contains orange juice~
I put orange marmalade in the middle of the cheesecake and made orange syrup on top to make it look like orange juice is dripping down~^^
I think the freshness of the orange spreads in your mouth when you take one bite is really good~
The lotus used for the crust has a good flavor and goes well with it. I think itโs a cake filled with fresh oranges that makes you feel refreshed~

No-Bake Orange Cheesecake
Ingredients
- 1 Orange
- 50g Sugar
- 1g Gelatin sheet (or Powdered gelatin)
- 90g Crushed Lotus Cookies
- 35g Melted unsalted butter
- 200g Cream cheese
- 50g Sugar
- 5g Lemon juice
- 35g Plain Yogurt
- 5g Gelatin sheet (or Powdered gelatin)
- 120g Whipped cream (whipped up 50%)
- 80g Orange marmalade
Instructions
- Prepare the peeled oranges and sugar by boiling them and filtering them through a sieve.
- Mix crushed lotus cookies and melted unsalted butter, press firmly on the bottom of the mold, and place in the refrigerator.
- Soften cream cheese, mix sugar, lemon juice, and plain yogurt, then add melted gelatin and mix.
- Add 50% whipped cream, mix, pour into a mold, flatten, top with orange marmalade, stir slightly to make marble. Repeat once more and harden in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Add melted gelatin to orange syrup, mix, and place in a piping bag.
- Add orange food coloring to the remaining cream cheese mixture, mix, pour over the hardened cheesecake, add orange syrup drop by drop, and let it harden in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
