Kiwi yogurt cream mousse cake
Ingredients
- 2g Leaf gelatine
- 63g Plain Yogurt
- 1/2ts Vanilla extract
- 1/2ts Lemon juice
- 20g Sugar
- 50g Whipped cream
- Sponge cake sheet
- Sliced Kiwi
- Kiwi
- 50g Kiwi juice
- 1g Leaf gelatine
Instructions
- Put the gelatin in a cold water and soak it for at least 10 minutes.
- Put yogurt, vanilla extract, and lemon juice in a bowl and mix, then add sugar and mix.
- Melt the gelatin completely in the microwave for 10 seconds.
- Add melted gelatin to yogurt mousse and mix, then add whipped cream and mix.
- Put the sponge cake sheet in the mousse mold and stick the sliced kiwi on the wall.
- Put the whole cut kiwi in the center and pour the mousse to make it flat.
- Harden in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Add melted gelatin to kiwi juice, mix, pour over mousse, and harden in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
