Ingredients

  • 100g Butter
  • 90g Sugar Powder
  • 1g salt
  • 1/2 Egg
  • Vanilla extract
  • Soft flour 155g
  • 20g Cocoa powder
  • Almond powder 25g
  • Chocolate chips
  • Chocolate pen
  • Marshmallow
  • Crushed cookies

Instructions

  1. After softening the butter, add sugar powder + salt and mix until the color turns white.
  2. Add eggs and mix quickly so that they do not separate, add vanilla extract and mix.
  3. Sift soft flour + almond powder + cocoa powder, mix so that no raw powder is visible, put in a zipper bag, and rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  4. Spread it out thinly, cut it with a cookie cutter, put it on the top of the upside down silicone mold, stick it well, and bake it in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes, then press down the top with a spoon to make it flat.
  5. Put chocolate chips + marshmallows on a cookie cup and bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 3-4 minutes to make the top golden.
  6. Decorate with chocolate pen and crushed cookies.
