Ingredients
- 2 Eggs
- 50g Sugar
- 100g Milk
- 1 ts Vanilla extract
- 1/3 ts Salt
- 30g melted butter
- 200g soft Flour
- 1 ts Baking Powder
- 1 tbsp baking soda
- Choco pen
- Maple syrup
Instructions
- Beat eggs in a bowl, add sugar and mix until sugar dissolves.
- Add milk + salt + vanilla extract and mix, then add melted butter and mix.
- Sift in soft flour + baking powder + baking soda and mix lightly until raw flour is no longer visible.
- Put the paper foil on the frying pan, put the mousse mold, put the paper foil inside, and then fill the dough about 1/2.
Cover with a lid and cook for about 10 minutes on very low heat.
- Open the lid, put the paper foil on the top, turn it over on a plate, put it back on the pan as it is, and remove the paper foil on the top.
Bake for 10 minutes on very low heat.
- Remove the mustel and paper foil, and draw the face of Pom Pom Purin using a chocolate pen.
