Homemade Tomato Basil Pizza
Ingredients
- Strong Flour 250g Flour
- Sugar, Salt, Dry yeast 1ts Sugar, Salt, Dry yeast
- Water (35℃) 180ml Water (35℃)
- Olive oil 1Ts+1ts Olive oil

Instructions
- Tall, make 3 grooves. Put sugar, salt, and dry yeast into each of your grooves and mix with the flour first so that the ingredients do not come into contact, then mix thoroughly.
- Add water and knead until it comes together.
- Add olive oil and knead until smooth and elastic.
- Cover with a cotton cloth and ferment in a warm place for 1 hour.
- Dough after fermentation, release the gas and stretch it out by hand.
- Put the dough on an oven pan greased with olive oil and shape it well into a circle.
- Use a fork to make a hole, put tomato sauce, cheese, tomato, and basil on top, then bake at 190 degrees for 15 minutes.
