I made a Christmas tree wrapped in white snow with star-shaped cookies~ Two-tone cookies give a three-dimensional effect, and sprinkle with sugar powder to make it look like a real tree +_+ This is an edible tree that I made while waiting for Christmas. Have fun watching it~β¬

Ingredients
Choco cookie
- 120g Butter
- 80g Sugar powder
- 1/4 ts Salt
- 2 egg yolks
- 1/2ts Vanilla extract
- 120g Cake flour
- Almond Powder 40g
- 40g Cocoa powder
Green cookie
- 120g Butter
- 80g Sugar powder
- 1/4 ts Salt
- 2 egg yolks
- 1/2ts Vanilla extract
- 160g Cake flour
- Almond Powder 40g
- Food coloring (green, black)
Icing
- 200g Sugar powder
- 1 Egg whites
- 2ts Lemon juice
- Sprinkle
- Chocolate Pen (White)
- Sugar powder
Instructions
- After softening the butter, add sugar powder + salt in 2 portions and mix.
- Add the yolk + vanilla extract and mix, then sift the powder and mix lightly.
- Make green cookie dough in the same way.
- Divide the dough in half, spread the lactic acid and roll it flat to make a total of 4 sheets, and rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- After putting the green dough on the chocolate dough, cut 2 sets with a star-shaped cutter of different shapes, pan in an oven pan, and bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 12 minutes.
- Put sugar powder + egg white in a bowl and mix until the powder is not scattered. Whip with a hand mixer. When it swells slightly, add lemon juice and mix.
- Put icing on the cooled cookies, put sprinkles on the corners, and harden at room temperature for about a day.
- With the largest star facing down, use a chocolate pen to stack them up in order, and then decorate with sugar powder.
