Chicken Mountain

Ingredients

  • chicken breast
  • Chicken tenderloin
  • milk
  • flour
  • egg
  • salt
  • pepper
  • Powdered herbs (basil, oregano, rosemary)
  • bread crumbs
  • Parsley Powder
  • Coconut slice
  • Curry powder
  • Peperoncino
  • chili powder
  • cooking oil

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken and soak it in milk for about 30 minutes to remove the fishy smell.
  2. Drain the milk and season with salt, pepper, and herb powder.
  3. Add flour and eggs and mix.
  4. Make bread crumbs in 4 flavors.
    (Bread crumbs + parsley, bread crumbs + coconut slices, bread crumbs + curry powder, bread crumbs + peperoncino + red pepper powder + pepper)
  5. Add curry powder to 1/4 of chicken and red pepper powder to 1/4 and mix.
  6. Dip the chicken in 4 breadcrumbs.
  7. Put oil in a pot and heat it to 180-200 degrees.
    (If it comes up immediately after about 1 second by adding a little bread crumbs, it's OK!)
  8. Fry them until golden brown.
