Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 30 g sugar
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder

Cake

  • 60 g butter
  • 40 g sugar
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 100g soft flour
  • Almond Flour 20g
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Frosting

  • 130g cream cheese
  • 60 g butter
  • 30 g sugar
  • 30ml agave syrup

Instructions

  1. After thinly sliced ​​apples, put apples, lemon juice, sugar, and crab powder in a pot and boil over low heat, then place on a sieve to cool.
  2. After loosening the softened butter at room temperature, add sugar 2-3 times and whip it.
  3. ​Add eggs that have been at room temperature for at least 30 minutes and whip them so that they do not separate.
  4. Sift the soft flour, almond powder, and baking powder through a sieve and mix well.
  5. Lay parchment paper on a circular pan, add half of the dough, add apple filling, add all the remaining dough, and bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
  6. Place on a cooling rack to cool sufficiently.
    *If the cake is not cooled sufficiently, the frosting may crumble!
  7. Put room temperature cream cheese and butter in a bowl and mix well, then add sugar and agave syrup 2-3 times and whip it​
  8. Put the frosting in a piping bag fitted with a round tip and squeeze it on the cake.​​
