How to make Apple pie (Apple tart)

I made a fragrant apple pie wrapped in apples~ Apples are really delicious these days, right? Filled with delicious apples, it has a crunchy texture and tastes so good~~

Tip! : For the dough to be shaped on the pie, you need to add a little more flour to make the dough. It does not break and holds its shape well.

Ingredients

  • Tart sheet
  • 2-3 Apple
  • 50g Sugar
  • 1/2ts Cinnamon powder
  • 1Ts Lemon juice
  • Egg wash

Instructions

  1. After slicing the apples, put apples + lemon juice + sugar in a pot and boil over medium heat until the apples become transparent.
    Lastly, add cinnamon powder and boil until water is gone.
  2. Place the boiled apple on the tart sheet with a fork and flatten it.
  3. Cut the remaining dough lengthwise and place it crosswise.
  4. Cut the dough with an apple-shaped cutter and return it to the rim.
  5. Brush with egg water and bake in an oven preheated to 190 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
