I made a very simple mushroom soup without cream. I was really surprised because it was so delicious. Originally, I like oyster mushrooms, so it was really delicious! Butter is the point!

Ingredients

  • 400 ml Milk
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 10 mushrooms
  • 1/2 onion

Instructions

  1. Chop the mushrooms and onions
  2. Add butter and saute mushrooms and onions
    tip: Please stir-fry it!
  3. Add milk and flour, mix well and bring to a boil.
    tip: Please season with salt and pepper
