Hong kong style Mango pancake (Mango crepe)

In Cooking Tree, Hong kong style Mango pancake (Mango crepe) is on the menu, and we’ll show you how to make it from scratch.

I made Hong Kong-style mango pancakes with fresh mango! It is a simple dessert that is completed by thinly frying the crepe and wrapping it with whipped cream and mango~

It is easier to wrap the crepe when it is fried thinly, and when it is cooked, wrap it quickly to get a pretty shape.

It tastes even better if you freeze it slightly in the freezer and eat it cold!

  • 3g Melted butter
  • Yellow food coloring a little
  • 1 Mango

  5. Place the whipped cream and mango in the center of the cooled crepe, fold the opposite sides on top of each other, and fold the remaining sides in the middle.
  6. Harden in the freezer for 1 hour.
