Hibiscus Cheesecake Without food coloring

In Cooking Tree, we’re serving up delicious Hibiscus Cheesecake (Without food coloring), and we’ll show you how to make it from scratch.

I made a cheesecake without coloring by adding fragrant hibiscus powder.

When hibiscus powder is mixed with water, a strong reddish purple color appears, but when added to cheesecake, a purple color is obtained.

The combination of cream cheese and hibiscus was better than I expected, so I ate it deliciously~^^

This cheesecake is moist and melts when you put it in your mouth, so it takes a long time to bake, but when you make it, it always tastes good~

I baked the cake and turned it over and took it out, but I liked the feeling of gradation as the color grew darker from top to bottom, so I turned it over and finished it.

If you put it in the refrigerator and eat it cold, I think the cheese flavor will be stronger~*^^*
