Ingredients

  • 2 Egg white
  • 50g Sugar
  • 50g Egg yolk
  • 2g Vanilla extract
  • 55g Cake flour
  • 15g Melted butter
  • 20ml Milk
  • whipped whipping cream (fresh cream 70g+sugar 10g)
  • Fruit (strawberry, kiwi, canned fruits)

Instructions

  1. Put the egg white in a bowl and whip it. When a large bubble appears, add the sugar 2 or 3 times and whip until it forms a firm foam.
  2. Add egg yolk and vanilla extract and whip for 1 minute.
  3. Sift the soft flour and mix lightly.
  4. Pour the melted butter + milk over a spatula and mix quickly and evenly.
  5. Pour into an oven pan, flatten the top, hit the bottom 2-3 times and bake in an oven preheated to 170 degrees for 12 to 14 minutes.
  6. Spread whipped cream thinly on the cooled cake sheet and place the fruit.
  7. Using paper foil, roll it up and roll both ends.
  8. Harden in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
