Fried Oreos

Ingredients

  • 1 Egg
  • 50g Water
  • 60g Cornstarch
  • 45g Cake flour
  • 15~20 Oreos
  • Bread crumbs

Instructions

  1. Mix eggs, add water, cornstarch, and soft flour, and mix evenly.
  2. Coat the Oreos with a thin layer of dough, then coat them with breadcrumbs and fry them in oil at about 180 degrees.
    (If you fry it at a low temperature, you need to fry it for a long time, so the Oreo will swell, so fry it quickly at a high temperature)
