I made a cream cheese pound cake filled with fragrant raspberry jam! You can bake it in an oven pan, but this time, I baked it in an oven container and made it ready to eat while it’s warm.

Bake and eat right away, so the bread is softer and it can be eaten softly with the warm jam~^^ After baking for about 10 minutes, I made a slit in the middle and it was deliciously grilled.

Ingredients

  • 100g Unsalted butter
  • 50g Cream cheese
  • 70g Sugar
  • a pinch of Salt
  • 100g Egg
  • 3g Vanilla extract
  • 115g Plain flour
  • 2.5g Baking powder
  • Raspberry jam

Instructions

  1. Put butter in a bowl and loosen gently. Add cream cheese and mix, then add sugar and salt and mix.
  2. Add 1/2 egg and mix, then add the remaining egg and vanilla extract and mix.
  3. Sift the wheat flour and baking powder and mix.
  4. Put 1/3 of the dough in an oven-ready bowl, flatten it and top with raspberry jam.
  5. Place the remaining dough on the jam and bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 35 minutes.
