I made a red velvet cake that looks like strawberries are on the snowy field~
I cut the strawberries in a cross shape and squeezed the cream.

Christmas Strawberry Red Velvet Cake
Ingredients
- 180g Warm milk
- 8g Lemon juice
- 80g Unsalted butter
- 110g Sugar
- 1g Salt
- 80g Egg
- 3g Vanilla extract
- Red food coloring
- 200g Cake flour
- 8g Cocoa powder
- 4g Baking soda
- 8g Lemon juice
- 250g Cold heavy cream
- 60g Sugar
- 350g Cold cream cheese
- Strawberry
- Coconut powder
Instructions
- Add lemon juice to warm milk and mix.
- Soften the unsalted butter that has softened at room temperature, add sugar and salt, and mix, then mix the egg and vanilla extract in small portions and mix.
- Add red food coloring, sieve the powders, and mix.
- Mix baking soda and lemon juice, add to the dough, mix, pour into 3 15cm molds, flatten, bake in an oven preheated to 165 degrees for 27 minutes, cool, and cut the top of the sheet to prepare.
- Add sugar to cold whipped cream and whip it. When bubbles start to rise, add cold cream cheese and mix to make the cream.
- Put a little of the cream in a piping bag fitted with a shaped tip, squeeze the cream out of the cross-cutting strawberry, and put it in the refrigerator.
- Put 1 sheet on the wheel, sprinkle milk and cream, then put the cut strawberries and apply the cream.

- Coat the side of the cake with coconut powder and decorate with cream-filled strawberries on top.
