Cherry chocolate Roll cake Recipe

Cherry chocolate Roll cake

Ingredients

  • 2 Egg white
  • 50g Sugar
  • 2 Egg yolk
  • 2g Vanilla extract
  • 52g Cake flour
  • 3g Cocoa Powder
  • 20g Milk
  • 15g Melted butter
  • 5 Cherry
  • 100g Whipped cream (+10g sugar)
  • 50g Decorative whipped cream (+5g sugar)
  • Melted chocolate
  • Cherry
  • Apple mint
  • Sugar powder

Instructions

  1. Whip the egg whites in a bowl, and when large bubbles appear, divide the sugar into 3 portions and whip to make a meringue.
  2. Add egg yolk and vanilla extract and whip for 1 minute more.
  3. Sift the soft flour and cocoa powder and mix.
  4. Pour milk and melted butter over a spatula and mix.
  5. Put it in an oven pan, flatten it, and then tap the bottom to remove air bubbles and bake in an oven preheated to 170 degrees for 11 minutes.
  6. Roll the baked sheet in paper foil to cool.
  7. Remove seeds from cherries and cut into quarters.
  8. Add cherries to whipped cream, mix, and apply on a cooled sheet.
  9. Do not roll with paper foil and harden in the freezer for 30 minutes.
  10. Cut the roll cake and coat the top with melted chocolate.
  11. Decorate with whipped cream (for decoration), cherry, apple mint, and sugar powder.
