I made a good butter cookies with the icing cookie base as the most basic ingredient ~ It’s a basic cookie, but it doesn’t feel monotonous and looks neatly pretty.
Since it is a simple basic cookie, it is made from basic ingredients that are easy to obtain. If you want to taste more, replace almond flour with about 1/4 of the power to make it more savory and delicious.
The texture is firm and crispy and it is not a crumbly dough, so I think it can be used as a cookie to make a shape ~
Gently loosen the unsalted butter, add sugar and salt, mix until lightly white, then divide the eggs into 2-3 times and mix.
Add the vanilla extract, mix, sieve the flour, mix it into a mass, wrap it in a wrap, and rest for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
Make chocolate and green tea dough in the same way and rest in the refrigerator.
Spread the rest of the dough widely, harden it for about 10 minutes in the refrigerator, cut it into shapes, cut it into a circle and put it on an oven pan and bake it for 15 minutes in an oven preheated to 160 degrees.
