– 115g Cream cheese – 30g Sugar – a pinch of Salt – 1 Egg – 1/2ts Vanilla extract – 7g Corn starch – Tart sheet - I used 1/3 dough of recipe video. – 30g Blueberry puree – Blueberry – Apple mint – Sugar powder
1. Put the cream cheese in a bowl and beat gently, then add sugar, salt, egg, vanilla extract, and cornstarch and mix. 2. Put the tart sheet in the mold, shape it, and make a hole in the bottom with a fork. 3. Add the blueberry puree, pour the dough over it and bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes. 4. Garnish with blueberries, apple mint and powdered sugar.
