Last night, I was thinking about what to eat, so I made and ate cold radish noodles~^^
It’s simple and you can make it quickly, and I think it’s perfect to eat on a hot day~
First, prepare some noodles by boiling them, and plenty of cool radish kimchi!
I made the soup by mixing yeolmu kimchi soup and water + oligosaccharide + vinegar~
Cucumber and boiled egg!
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and you’re done!!
It is cooler and tastier if you float it with ice.
I couldn’t put it in because I ate all the ice.
It’s sweet and really delicious!
It takes 10 minutes to make and 10 minutes to eat haha ^__^
