White bread fruit cake Recipe

I made a fruit fresh cream cake simply using white bread in a no-oven!
I used Hallabong because I had it, but you can use tangerines or oranges as well~^^

Sandwiched with 3 different colored fruits, it was colorful and white icing gave it a retro feel~^__^
I decorated the outside in the shape of a basket using a tip, but I think it looks like a basket with fruits.

The bread is less sweet than the cake sheet, so it is less greasy and you can feel the freshness of the fruit well, so it is delicious~^^

Ingredients

  • Orange
  • Kiwi
  • Strawberry
  • 4 White bread
  • Whipped cream (300g whipping cream + 30g sugar)

Instructions

  1. Slice hallabong, kiwi, and strawberry thinly.
  2. Cut the edges of the bread and cut it to the size of 4 slices, put it on a rotating plate and apply fresh cream thinly.
  3. Put the fruit, apply whipped cream, and place another slice of bread. Repeat 2 more times.
  4. Apply cream on the top and sides, and decorate the sides using the basket tip (No. 48).
  5. Decorate the bottom edge and top edge using a small star tip (No. 842), and place the fruit on top.
