– 350g Pineapple – 55g Sugar – 200ml Water – 125g Unsalted butter – 120g Sugar – 2 Eggs – 2g Lemon juice – 2g Vanilla extract – 200g Plain flour – 5g Baking powder – 2g Baking soda – 40g Almond powder – 165g Milk

INGREDIENTS

1. Slice the pineapple thinly and boil it with water and sugar in a pot. 2. Soften unsalted butter, add sugar and mix, then add eggs in 2 batches and mix, then add lemon juice and vanilla extract and mix. 3. Sift the powders and mix, then add milk in 2 batches and mix. 4. Spread the pineapple on an 18cm oven pan greased with butter, pour boiling syrup over it, flatten the dough, and bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 60 minutes.
