– 35g Unsalted butter – 25g Sugar – 35g Cake flour – 5g Crushed oreo (without cream) – 30g Unsalted butter – a pinch of Salt – 33g Water – 33g Milk – 40g Cake flour – 70~75g Egg – 200g Whipped cream (+10g sugar) – 30g Crushed oreo (without cream)

Soften butter, add sugar, mix, add soft flour and mix, then add Oreo powder and mix.

Put butter, water, milk and salt in a saucepan and remove from heat when the edges start to boil.

Add the soft flour and mix, then divide the eggs into 3 batches and mix.

Knead the dough in an oven pan, cut the cookie dough stored in the refrigerator into a circular mold, put it on top of the puff pastry, bake in an oven preheated to 190 degrees for 13 minutes, then lower to 160 degrees and bake for 15 minutes.
