– 60g Cake flour – 2g Baking powder – 75g Egg – 50g Sugar – 7g Honey – 17g Melted butter – 17g Milk – 10g Orange Peel – Orange Peel + Honey – Orange, Rosemary

INGREDIENTS

1. Sift the soft flour and baking powder to prepare. 2. Mix eggs, sugar, and honey in a bowl, place in a pot of hot water at 60-70 degrees, and boil until the temperature reaches 35 degrees. 3. Whip until rich ivory-colored foam is formed, then divide (1) into 3 portions and mix.
