– 85g Cold water – 5g Sugar – 3g Salt – 200g All-purpose flour – 45g Cold unsalted butter – 100g Unsalted butter (for filling) – 10g Pistachio – 60g Nutella


1. Dissolve sugar and salt in cold water. 2. Add cold butter to the flour and mix by hand.

3. Add cold water and mix to form a lump and flatten with a rolling pin. 4. Spread the softened butter at room temperature evenly and apply.

5. After folding in 3 sections, wrap it in plastic wrap and harden it in the refrigerator for about an hour. 6. Repeat the same method 2-3 times and harden in the refrigerator for more than 2 hours.

7. Spread with a rolling pin, spread Nutella, sprinkle with chopped pistachios, and fold in half. 8. Cut it lengthwise with a knife, roll it around, shape it, and attach the end well to the floor to finish.

9. Bake in a 200-degree oven for 20-22 minutes and apply oligosaccharide on the top. (Preheat 220 degrees)
