– 250g Plain Yogurt – 240g Fresh cream – 150g Sugar – 1ts Vanilla extract – 200g Grated Strawberry – 20g Cocoa powder – 10g Milk
1. Put plain yogurt, whipped cream, sugar and vanilla extract in a bowl and mix. 2. Put 1/2 cup of ground strawberry and ice cream base in a blender, grind it finely, put it in a mold, and harden it in the freezer for 20 minutes. 3. Pour the basic ice cream base over the hardened strawberry ice cream and harden in the freezer for 40 minutes. 4. Put 1 cup of ice cream base, cocoa powder, and milk in a blender and grind finely, pour over the hardened ice cream and harden in the freezer for at least 4 hours.
