Green tea cream; – 150g Cream cheese – 25g Sugar – 3g Green tea powder + 10g warm water mixture – 70g Whipped cream

Whip the egg whites in a bowl, and when large bubbles appear, divide the sugar into 2 portions and whip to make a meringue. Add egg yolks and vanilla extract and whip.

Sift the wheat flour and cornstarch and mix.

Pan in an oven pan, sprinkle with sugar powder 3 times, and bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes.
