For the dough: β 130g Warm water β 130g Warm milk β 30g Olive oil β 25g Sugar β 6g Salt β 7g Dry yeast β 400g Bread flour For the filling: β 1/2 Onion β 1/4 Carrot β Chives β Glass noodles, soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, pepper
Step 1:
Mix warm milk, olive oil, sugar, salt, and yeast. Let sit for 10 mins. Add flour, knead for 10 mins. Let rise for 1 hour.
