– 80g Cream cheese – 35g Sugar – 40g Plain Yogurt – 40g Fresh cream – 40g Egg – 8g Corn starch – 8g Green tea powder – 30g Whipped cream (+5g sugar) – Green tea cream (30g fresh cream + 30g melted green tea chocolate) – Green tea crunch
1. (Tart sheet) Put butter in a bowl and loosen it gently, then add sugar powder and salt and mix. 2. Add the egg yolk and mix, then sift the soft flour, green tea powder, and almond powder and mix. 3. Knead the dough with a rolling pin and harden it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. 4. (Cheese Filling) Put cream cheese in a bowl and loosen gently, then add sugar, yogurt, and whipped cream and mix. 5. Add eggs and mix. 6. Sift corn starch and green tea powder and mix. 7. Put the tart sheet in the mold, shape it, and poke a hole with a fork. 8. Pour the cheese filling and bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes. 9. Decorate with whipped cream, green tea cream, and green tea crunch.
