Mix wheat flour, cocoa powder, almond powder, sugar powder, and salt in a bowl, then add cold unsalted butter and rub with your hands until the butter becomes small with the flour.

Put eggs into a ball, wrap in plastic wrap, and rest in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
