– 4g Leaf gelatine – 220g Cream cheese – 30g Sugar – 30ml Lemon juice – 150g Condensed milk – 250ml Whipped cream – 2ts Green tea powder + 4ts Milk – 1 Green tea sponge cake sheet

INGREDIENTS

1. Put cream cheese in a bowl, loosen gently, add sugar and lemon juice and mix. 2. Add condensed milk and mix, then add melted gelatin and mix. 3. Add whipped cream and mix. 4. Lay a sponge cake sheet on the mold, pour half of the dough on it and harden in the freezer for 30 minutes. 5. Add green tea powder and milk to the remaining dough and mix. 6. Pour green tea paste over the hardened dough and harden in the freezer for 2 hours. 7. Sift the sponge cake sheet through a sieve to make a powder. 8. Remove the cake from the mold and coat the sides and top with cake powder.
