INGREDIENTS

– 100g Dark chocolate – 100g Milk Chocolate – 90g Unsalted butter – 10g Sugar – 3 Eggs – 50g Whipping cream – 30g Sour Cream Ganache: 50g chocolate 25g whipping cream

Place the bowl of dark chocolate, milk chocolate and unsalted butter in hot water and stir until dissolved.

Filter through a sieve, pour into a mold, place on a pan of hot water, bake in an oven preheated to 160 degrees for 30 minutes, cool at room temperature, and cool overnight in the refrigerator.
