– 1 Egg – 40g Sugar powder – 1g Salt – 50g Melted butter – 50g Melted chocolate – 100g Cake flour – 15g Cocoa powder – 2g Baking powder – 1g Baking soda – 25g Chocolate + 25g fresh cream – 115g White chocolate + 45g fresh cream – 3g Green tea powder – Sugar powder


1. Beat eggs in a bowl, then add sugar powder and salt and mix. 2. Add melted butter and melted chocolate and mix. 3. Sift the powdered ingredients, mix, and rest in the refrigerator for 1 hour. 4. Make the dough into a round shape and make a hole in the middle. 5. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 12 minutes and then cool. 6. Put chocolate and whipped cream in a bowl, microwave for 30 seconds, and mix. 7. Put white chocolate and whipped cream in a bowl, microwave for 40 seconds, and mix. 8. Pour half of the white ganache into another bowl, add green tea powder and mix. 9. Sprinkle powdered sugar on cookies and fill with ganache in the middle.
