– 60g Butter – 50g Brown sugar – 2g Salt – 23g Egg – 1ts Vanilla extract – 105g Plain flour – 1g Baking powder – 1g Baking soda – 100g Chocolate chip – 45g Nuts
1- Put butter in a bowl and loosen it gently, then add sugar and salt and mix. 2- Add eggs and vanilla extract and mix, then sift flour + baking powder + baking soda and mix. 3- Add chocolate chips and nuts and mix. 4- Wrap in plastic wrap and rest in the refrigerator for 1 hour. 5- Divide the dough into 40g and press lightly on the oven pan. 6- Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 12 minutes.
