– 100g Cream cheese – 70g Dark chocolate – 20g Sugar – 30g Butter – 50g Milk – 3 Egg white – 35g Sugar – 3 Egg yolk – 1/2ts Vanilla extract – 35g Cake flour – 10g Corn starch
1. Put cream cheese, chocolate, sugar (20g), and butter in a bowl, put it on a pot of hot water, melt it completely, and remove it from the pot. 2. Add milk and mix. 3. Whip the egg whites and when large bubbles appear, divide the sugar into 2 portions and whip to make a meringue. Divide the egg yolks and mix, then add vanilla extract and mix. 4. Sift the soft flour and cornstarch and mix, then add (2) and mix. 5. Pan in an oven pan, slam on the floor 2-3 times to remove air bubbles, place on an oven pan filled with hot water and bake in an oven preheated to 140 degrees for 80 minutes.
