– 95g Dark couverture chocolate – 45g Unsalted butter – 8g Cocoa powder – 50g Egg – 55g Brown sugar – 40g Cake flour – 1g Baking powder – 1g Baking soda

Melt a bowl of dark couverture chocolate and butter over a pot of hot water. Add cocoa powder, mix, then remove from the pot and set aside for a while.
