Two tone Kohakuto Recipe

Cooking Tree is serving you a delectable recipe for Two tone Kohakuto, and we’ll show you how to prepare it from scratch.

I made a round kohakuto in two colors~

I made it using commercially available blue and pink-toned beverages, but I reduced the amount of sugar a little because the beverage contains sugar.

I think it would be better if you adjust the amount of sugar a little according to the sugar level of the drink.
If you make it with a drink that has a lot of sour taste, such as lemon or grapefruit, it won’t harden, so you can’t use a drink that is too acidic.

It is beautiful even if it is cut naturally and dried, but this time I cut it cleanly with a circular cutter and dried it.

The soft drink tastes better than water, but it’s very sweet.
It’s a bit cumbersome to make because it’s two-tone, but I think I was satisfied with the pretty cross section~
