I made a tiramisu mousse cake that melts softly in your mouth! I used a chocolate cake sheet, and I found it to fit better and taste better than a regular sheet.

If you moisten the coffee syrup with plenty of moisture, it will be softer and more delicious.

It’s small and pretty, so it’s not burdensome to eat as a dessert, and it feels luxurious because of the mold shape.

If you sprinkle Deco Snow before cocoa powder, the cocoa powder will not get soggy even if you leave it for a long time~^^

Ingredients

  • 100g Cream cheese
  • 25g Sugar
  • 40g Plain Yogurt
  • 1/4ts Vanilla extract
  • 3g Leaf gelatine
  • 80g Whipped cream
  • Chocolate cake sheet
  • Coffee syrup (10g espresso + 20g water + 5g sugar)
  • Deco powder

Instructions

  1. Soften the cream cheese, add sugar and mix, then add plain yogurt and vanilla extract and mix.
  2. Remove the moisture from gelatin soaked in cold water for more than 10 minutes, microwave for 10 seconds, add melted gelatin, mix, add whipped cream, and mix.
  3. Put it in a mold and harden it in the freezer for 2 hours.
  4. After making a round chocolate cake sheet, apply coffee syrup and top with hardened mousse.
  5. Sprinkle deco snow and then cocoa powder.
