Tiramisu + Ladyfingers Recipe

Tiramisu + Ladyfingers is on the menu in Cooking Tree, and we are going to teach you how to make this delicious recipe from scratch!

I made tiramisu similar to the traditional way by baking lady finger cookies myself.
The cream made with egg yolk and mascarpone cheese and the lady finger soaked in coffee with plenty of coffee give it a rich flavor and it is really delicious~~

Most of the lady finger cookies sold on the market are tasteless, but they are delicious even if you bake them yourself.
Cream cheese has a sour taste, so it feels fresh, but mascarpone cheese doesn’t have acidity and has a lot of milk taste, so I think it’s soft and savory~

I like the tiramisu made with mascarpone cheese more delicious~^^
The top is filled with whipped cream in an oblique line and sprinkled with cocoa powder.

It looks luxurious and neat~ If you make it and eat it right away, the cream is so soft that it tastes much better if you keep it in the refrigerator for 3 hours or more and eat it cold.

I kept it in the refrigerator for one night and it was really good~*^^*
