I made chocolate chip cookies with mascarpone cheese and coffee powder ~
Cookies full of chocolate chips are full of coffee aroma and mascarpone cheese.
The outside is crispy and the inside feels slightly moist, but the texture of the cookie may come out differently depending on the baking time and temperature ~ ^^
I sprinkled half of the cocoa powder on the chilled cookie to get the feeling of tiramisu ~
It’s sweet with lots of chocolate chips, but if you don’t like it, you can adjust the amount of chocolate.
