Strawberry Jelly Cream Cheese Mousse Cake

Ingredients

  • 70g Crushed whole wheat cookies
  • 30g Melted butter
  • 6g Leaf gelatine
  • 200g Cream cheese
  • 80g Plain Yogurt
  • 60g Sugar
  • 1ts Vanilla extract
  • 100g whipped cream
  • Strawberry Jelly Mix
  • Food coloring (red)

Instructions

  1. Add melted butter to the crushed daisy, mix, and lay flat on the bottom of the mold.
  2. Put gelatin in cold water and soak it for at least 10 minutes.
  3. Put cream cheese and plain yogurt in a bowl and mix, then add sugar and vanilla extract and mix.
  4. Add fresh cream and mix, microwave the gelatin for 10 seconds to melt it completely, then add it to the dough and mix.
  5. Pour into the mold and harden in the freezer for 1 hour.
  6. Make jelly according to the recipe for Strawberry Jelly Mix, pour over the mousse, and harden in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.

Notes

Cream cheese and yogurt at room temperature for at least 1 hour
