Strawberry Green tea Crepe Cake Recipe

I made green tea crepe roll cake with fresh strawberries ~
Nowadays, the strawberries are really delicious, so I put them all in a bucket to mix them up and mixed them in the cream.

It seems that you can feel the good taste only if you eat the raw fruit quickly after hardening it for 2-3 hours.

If the storage is long, the water comes out of the strawberry and the cream is thinned ~

I made green tea crepe with strawberry and color match, but I think you can make it with regular crepe or chocolate to suit your taste ~
