I made a strawberry condensed milk madeleine finely coated with pink chocolate.
I put dried strawberries and condensed milk in a heart-shaped mold and baked it, and it was moist and fragrant, so it was really delicious~^^

I made two colors of chocolate and coated one side, and it’s lovely and pretty just like the shape~
It is sweeter and softer with chocolate, but the texture of the chocolate is also interesting.

At first, I baked it at a high temperature, then lowered the temperature and baked it at two different temperatures as the belly button came up better.

Because of its neat shape, it is good as a gift, and it is full of lovely feeling just by looking at it~*^^*

Ingredients

  • 75g Egg
  • 40g Sugar
  • 0.5g Salt
  • 50g Condensed milk
  • 3g Vanilla extract
  • 55g Cake flour
  • 25g Almond powder
  • 3g Baking powder
  • 75g Melted unsalted butter
  • 3g Dried strawberry
  • 100g Strawberry white chocolate
  • 70g White chocolate
  • Red food coloring

Instructions

  1. Mix the eggs with sugar and salt, then add condensed milk and vanilla extract and mix.
  2. Sift the soft flour, almond powder, and baking powder and mix, then add the melted unsalted butter and mix.
  3. Cover with cling film and rest in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  4. Grease the mold with butter, coat with soft flour, and shake off.
  5. Add dried strawberries to the rested dough, mix, put in a pastry bag, pan in a mold, bake in an oven preheated to 210 degrees for 6 minutes, then lower to 180 degrees and bake for 8 minutes.
  6. Melt the strawberry white chocolate in the microwave for about 30 seconds, add a little red food coloring, mix and color.
  7. After hardening in the freezer for 40 minutes, take it out of the mold.
