Strawberry Chocolate Rice cake

Strawberry Chocolate Rice cake is one of the delicious recipes, Cooking tree will show you how to prepare this recipe step by step

I made chocolate glutinous rice cake with strawberries in it~

It was really delicious to eat with juicy raw strawberries inside the sweet and chewy glutinous rice cake.

Strawberries are dried and coated with white chocolate. When making the dough, I think it is important to heat it until the moisture evaporates from low heat and becomes sticky and not runny.

After the rice cake dough has completely cooled, add the coated strawberries to prevent the chocolate from melting.

When adding strawberries to the dough, the final part should be the bottom of the strawberry to get the shape.

I used large strawberries and it came out about 6, but if the strawberries are small, I think there will be more~

It’s a lot of work, but it’s so delicious that it seems to melt the hard things~*^^*
