Strawberry Chocolate Omelet Bread

Ingredients

  • 2 Egg white
  • 25g Sugar
  • 2 Egg yolk
  • 15g Sugar
  • 1/8ts Salt
  • 1/4ts Vanilla extract
  • 42g cake flour
  • 8g Cocoa powder
  • 50g melted Dark chocolate
  • 50g Warm Fresh cream
  • 150g Whipped cream
  • Strawberry
  • Sugar powder

Instructions

  1. Whip the egg whites in a bowl, and when large bubbles appear, divide the sugar into 3 portions and whip to make a meringue.
  2. Add sugar, salt and vanilla extract to the egg yolk and whisk until it turns ivory, then add 1/3 of the meringue and mix.
  3. Sift in the soft flour and cocoa powder and mix, then divide the remaining meringue into 2 batches and mix.
  4. Squeeze in a circle in an oven pan and bake in an oven preheated to 170 degrees for 10 minutes.
  5. Before the bread cools down, fold it in half and let it cool.
  6. Add warm whipped cream to melted chocolate and mix, then mix with whipped whipped cream.
  7. Sand the chocolate whipped cream and strawberry in the middle of the bread.
  8. Garnish with powdered sugar.
