I made a strawberry cake poured with whipped cream~
I saw people pouring whipped cream on a piece of cake on social media and it looked delicious, so I made it, but adding whipped cream made it softer and moister.

I think I made it comfortable because I didn’t have to do icing well.
It’s a simple combination of strawberries and whipped cream, but the taste is always the best!

Ingredients

  • 3 Eggs
  • 90g Sugar
  • 3g Vanilla extract
  • 25g Unsalted butter
  • 30g Milk
  • 85g Cake flour

  • 300g Cold whipping cream
  • 30g Sugar
  • Strawberry

  • 150g Cold whipping cream
  • 15g Sugar
  • Strawberry powder + Powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Place the bowl with eggs in a pot of boiled water and add sugar and vanilla extract.
  2. While continuously stirring the egg water, raise the temperature for about 2 minutes until the egg becomes slightly transparent (about 40 degrees).
  3. Remove the bowl from the pot and place the bowl containing the butter and eggs on top to raise the temperature.
  4. Whisk the egg wash at high speed with a whipping machine to make a fine and dense foam.
  5. Clean up the pores for about 2 minutes at low speed.
  6. Sift flour and add
  7. Mix with a spatula until no flour is visible
  8. Put some batter in a bowl with butter and milk and mix.
  9. Add everything to this batter and mix evenly with a spatula.
  10. Pour it into an oven pan and bake in a 175-degree oven for 32 minutes (preheated to 195 degrees).
  11. After cooling, cut off the bottom and cut it into 3 pieces of 1.5cm.
  12. Add sugar to fresh cream and whip it firmly.
  13. Place the cake sheet on the turning board and apply a thin layer of cream.
  14. Place strawberries on top and cover with cream to level.
  15. Repeat stacking and apply the cream on the outside for a smooth finish.
  16. After hardening in the refrigerator for about 2 hours, cut into 6 pieces.
  17. Add sugar to fresh cream and whip gently to about 50%.
  18. Pour over the sliced cake
  19. Mix the strawberry powder and powdered sugar and sprinkle.
