Sticky Sweet and Sour Pork Recipe

Cooking Tree will show you how to make a homemade version of this delectable recipe for Sticky Sweet and Sour Pork.

I made chewy and crunchy glutinous rice sweet and sour pork cutlet by coating it with starch and glutinous rice flour! The tangy ginger flavor, sweet and sour sauce, and crispy yet chewy meat go really well together!

It is much less greasy than sweet and sour pork sold in the market, and I think it is a happy food that makes you feel good the moment you eat it ^^
