Steamed Milk Cake Recipe

Steamed Milk Cake is on the menu in Cooking Tree, and we are going to teach you how to make this delicious recipe from scratch!

I made a moist steamed cake made by steaming it with milk.
It can be made without an oven and it is easy to make because the method is simple. First, beat the eggs, add sugar and salt, and mix enough to form bubbles.

Moisture seeps into it, so it feels a bit like jeungpyeon.
It is mild without being too sweet by adding a little condensed milk along with the milk and reducing the sugar.
